Lesson one - First years

I sighed. "He had a harsh time at schoo, but now his wife's working in the French Ministry, everything's fine. He works for a Muggle bank but stays at home to watch after their daughter." I made a strange noise. "My...niece."

I put a helping hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry, I won't do it again." And then I looked at Alex "In front of you, that is."

Alex grinned widely "I knew you loved me" and stuck his tongue out at Ana.

"Yeah, he reckons everyone lokes him. He's sadly mistaken. In my case, anyway..." she narrowed her eyes at Ana, "Are you in his side?"

"Duh, certainly not! In fact, find me some tall funny and not-that-bad looking guy, and I'll answer present. Problem is with this one, he is neither tall nor handsome. And when I think about it, he isn't even funny." I laughed. "Hey, Wimbles, we might as well adopt you as pet, if you want. You'd get your food thrice a day and a comfy bed." I winked.

Alex covered his ears "Can't hear you. You all still love me yea?" He grinned.

Clementine did nothing but roll her eyes, "Do me a favour, and give up sometime this year."

"Save it for later, love" He winked.

Clementine's face became blank for two short seconds, before she screwed up her face and, rather childishly, blew a raspberry.

"Someones touchy." He laughed.

"Yeah, and that somebody is you."

"Depends how you mean it." Alex winked, smirking slyly.

Clementine glared, and stamped her foot.

I rolled my eyes to the two of them. "Really, Alex, I wish some girl here just vomits on you so you do understand at last that you are far from being attractive to every of us. And that might even be a family trait..."

"Good idea..." Clementine muttered, and, quite promptly, tried to shove her hand as far down her throar as physically possible.

I tried to stop Clem, a bit too far though. "Nice try, but I think he already understood he's not your type. Let's ask someone he never met. Maybe we can get Emie to do it!"

"Okay!" I said cheerfully, withdrawing my hand from my throat and wiping it on my sleeve, "Emie! Fancy vomiting on Prince Charming, here?"

I lifted my head at once when Clementine adressed me. "Uh, non, merci, I'd rather not, actually. I find the idea of vomiting on people for no reasons pretty disturbing." And then, when I realised I was easing a bit on public speeches, I gave it a full go. "And he isn't a Prince Charming, I'd say. At all."

"Well, that's the point. He's very irritating, and so I reckon he deserves to be vomited on. Suit yourself." I shrugged. No vomit.

I chuckled a little. "You all seem to get along with him as sisters would do with their younger brothers. It reminds me of my sis, Amandine, who usually always treated me like scumbag when we were in public." I winced at the memory. "I think I'd rather make my opinion before vomiting on Alex. But I'll give it a thought."

"Clem, I think I like her. Very much." I smiled big time.

"Hm. Well, I should warn you, he's a right flirt. One of the reasons he's not my favourite person in the world..." I smiled back at Ana, then thought- what if we need another boy in the group? Would that keep Alex entertained? Possibly. Maybe that's the reason he is the way he is... Lonely? It wasn't likely, but I couldn't help thinking...

"You know what?" I said to Clem, "We just have to found him a boy mate that is more attractive than him and still quieter, so he can shut his mouth and try to do the same!" Then, I put a finger to my face. "But I haven't met any boys apart from him yet..."

"Hm... One will come by. I hope."

Alex rolled his eyes "Good luck with that"
