Harvey worked as a potioneer on my street, in my little hometown
Had a heart of gold and was oh so sweet ... must have been 16 or there about
Harvey had it bad for Haven ... bad boy at just eighteen
Haven only had things for quidditch kings ... Harvey didn't stand a chance as a potioneer
Life let Haven with a court date ... chance of prison at his age
Harvey never gave up... hope or faith... that things might just turn out okay

Moving on with this letter. We can never become what we once were until I tell you the truth. I have so much to say and I know most of it you do not want to hear. But please read this letter before you dispose of it. I never wanted to say goodbye. That incident in the hall was the worst thing that has ever happened to me including my ma dying. But the truth is our friendship was painful too and not because of Haven. No the real reason was something I never got the chance to tell you. Because I never was going to tell you. But now we are thirteen / fourteen I think we are both old enough to discuss this. Well that and the fact you already hate me so I cannot make things any worse.

I have had a crush on you since I was old enough to know what that is. In fact considering all my other crushes have been guys you are the only girl I have ever felt like this about. Just thinking about not seeing you at Christmas makes it hurt to breath. Your the person I think about late at night when I am writing my letters. Your the person I think about in the morning when I eat my cereal and hope that we did not have a visit from the ministry in the night. Right now life is scary, and I do not know what is going to happen to us, since we went on the run sorta. I have to know you know the truth just in case. Your beautiful, and sweet and everything that is right with the world. But everyday it hurt more and more than Lucas was your type, then Tristen, then ... whoever. I migrated towards Haven because he knew about my affection for him and accepted it. But Haven was never meant to replace you.
