Lesson 1 (First years)

Harrison walked into his classroom and put feathers on each desk for his students. Harrison with a wave of his wand had a fire going in the fire place. It was a little chilly. Harrison took a seat at his desk and waited for his students to arrive.

I walked into Charms' class, already exhausted by the huge amount of homework I won in Transfiguration. When I spotted my teacher for this hour, I just fell on my ass. My ass falling on a bench to hide the awkwarness.
My teacher was a bloody hottie. Gosh! Not that I would ever hit on a teacher, duh, but from now on I think I'm a woman. Meaning that before I didn't bother look at the other's hotness. I will now, I promise.
As to curse my stupidity, I was the first bloody student to get to class. Where were they? If he started to talk to me, I might faint.
God, if my father saw me, he would die a second time!
"C'mon, Ana" I whispered to myself, "You're a Black!"
And so I started waiting...

Clementine peered inside the classroom. She found she seemed to have a tendency to be early.

Like normal, she sat on a desk at the back.

Glancing up at the teacher, she choked on thin air seeing how young he looked. She thought he must be around twenty, at most.

"Humph." she muttered to herself,

Darcie walked silently into the classroom, smiled at the teacher, and took a seat in the rightmost desk of the first row. She noticed the feathers and that she was in a classroom learning charms and thought, 'Good gods above, I hope I don't blow something up.' Dealing with her wand was something Darcie was not skilled with yet and as such, Darcie spent much of the time beefore class started to pray to all the gods she could think of that she would not give anyone third degree burns.

I looked that girl, Darcie I think she was called, as she walked into the classroom and sat herself in the front row. So much for a bookworm, I thought.

I could not repress a giggle when she suddenly looked horrified at the sight of the feathers.

Right, was I really the only first year who already knew few wand tricks? Hello, angels, wake up, we are at war!!

Alex walked into the room. To spot only a few students sitting down. He went and plopped his ass. Right next to a girl in the front row. All he knew was that she was talking to Darcie.

Darcie felt a little flutter in her stomach when Alex walked in. She quickly looked away from him, however, for fear that he would notice her looking at him. Instead, she pulled out a book from her backpack and pretended to read it while listening to the rest of the room to see what would happen.

Good, now there's finally a boy at school!

Alex, I think that's his name, entered the room and walked to sit right beside Darcie, apparently he thought someone was sitting close to her however, like he was looking into thin air.

I giggled.

"Whats so funny?" Alex asked the girl who had giggled.

"Nothing." I answered, looking straight in his eyes. Who would care about proper things in these troubled times? I wouldn't bother looking at people at all!
"Or, I would rather say, you are. Did you see someone speaking to Darcie few moments ago? Because you do realise now, I hope, that there was no one..." I couldn't stop giggling though I tried to remain unnoticed by the teacher.

"Oh." I said sheepishly. "Well that's embarrising. I'm Alex by the way." He said holding out a hand.

"Anadora" I replied with a grin. "But you can call me Ana. Fancy sitting with me, I'm feeling a bit lonely since I've arrived, and you don't seem to be a future criminal, so..." I might have forgotten to release his hand, but who would care? I was trying to make a friend, not a boyfriend...

"Sure I'll sit with you." Alex replied. A little weirded out when it seemed she had forgooten how to let go of a hand.

"Great! Oh, and, by the way, I might seem odd, by I assure you I don't bite...much." It seemed like the right thing to do as Alex looked creeped out by my demand.

Alex smiled going to sit next to Ana. "So you have many friends?" Alex askeed in what he hoped was a non-offhensive term.

"Actually, I don't. I've just kicked in from Uk, you know, but I guess you can say my brother's a friend...sort of. You?"

"Kind of." I smiled. Knowing I had just made another.

I smiled back. "Now I suppose we have one more, don't we?"

After a while, I turned to Alex again. "I wish the others would come in soon, I really am impatient to learn things. And besides we do have other lessons to attend, don't we?" I eyed Clementine and Darcie. They looked just as bored as I was. Except that there was a hint of relief on Darcie's face.

"Probably got the room wrong." I chuckled.

I snorted. "Idiots..." And then I feared Alex might see me as a mean person, so I softened tone. "Did they never hear of maps?"

"Maybe not." I laughed. "So what's your history?" I asked Ana.

"Huh...not much." I didn't like to speak about my parents and godmother, they were so...famous. "I'm... I must be a little boring when it comes to my family. I live with my grandmother and brother. Teddy's his name. He's the cutest thing in all Universe. He's nine and he's a Metamorphmagus. Likes to turn his hair blue to tease Grandma."

"Cool." I laughed. "My dad was in the Order of the phoenix." He said proudly.

I chocked. "Really? My parents, my stepfather and godmother were too! I knew you weren't bad!" I grinned. "So, what's his name?"
